Kris has lived in the Shuswap area for thirty four years, and throughout that time has worked as a teacher and an artist. Her major interest has always been painting, and she has worked in watercolour for the past twenty years. Kris believes that brightness and beauty are powerful expressions of love and joy. She generally paints flowers because to her they are an endless study in the perfection of creation. Her work can be found at River Root Gallery in the Blind Bay Marketplace.
