Sherry has Active status with the Federation of Canadian Artists. Her favourite subjects are figures, market scenes and buildings. She co-ordinates the Shuswap Life Drawing group, a non-instructional figure drawing group. Sherry frequently exhibits her work in Salmon Arm, Sorrento, Vernon and Armstrong. She participates in Gallery fundraisers such as Paint the Town in Salmon Arm, Midsummer's Eve in Vernon, and the 10x10 Fundraiser in Armstrong.
